ABOUT | Mission

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, the MO Prime 9 specializes in high school and college preparation. P9's mission is to provide youth athletes with high school/college-like structure through sports and academics, providing them with a foundation for success. Our goal is to introduce and enforce many of the same guidelines and policies used by high schools and colleges for student athletes around the nation, but in a way to help our youth gain a strong understanding of the process well before they have to go through it.

The P9's believe an important way to help youth athletes reach their ultimate goal of college and/or the professional leagues is by establishing academic regulations early on. The P9s has a strict “must have the grades to play” policy. As an athlete of The P9s, you are required to maintain a 3.0 GPA. Enforcing this policy will encourage consistency with grades into high school, allowing athletes to progress in sports through educational opportunities and beyond.

The P9s believe in one way of teaching things; the right way. The 35s will provide nothing less than professionally structured practices, attitudes, and events, while playing competitively on a regular basis. All of our coaches have experience at the college level and/or above and have an excellent understanding of the dedication it takes to reach the next level. Our athletes will have access to the same caliber of practices they will receive in college and/or the professional leagues, including professional coaching on mental and physical aspects of their sport. The ultimate goal is to create finely tuned and well-developed athletes who understand their sport at an early age.

The P9s have a structured sports curriculum at each age level for each sport. We offer scholarship opportunities within our organization, provide volunteer hours and fundraisers to build our athletes’ resumes and teach community, and offer athlete and parent assistance in applying for schools. We host events to educate our athletes about proper “professional sports etiquette” off the field, as well as reward them for work well done.

Our program is geared toward youth athletes and parents who truly want to dedicate themselves to reaching the next level. The P9s believe that the proper structure, fundamentals, and hard work will provide a great recipe for success. We are dedicated to the success of our youth.
